  • Background in software development or architectural consulting

  • Ability to work with stack traces and identify and permanently resolve issues
  • Strong command of IT methodologies, OOP design, programming, software architecture, data modelling, and databases
  • Hands-on experience with JEE, build infrastructure, security, load and performance analysis, cloud (primarily AWS), containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), and continuous delivery
  • Knowledge of integration architectures – ideally including integration of msg.Insurance Suite into complex customer environments
  • Experience in API design with a focus on functional and maintainable solutions
  • Upper-intermediate German (minimum B2)

  • Meal allowance above the statutory minimum
  • Contribution to supplementary pension savings (3rd pillar)
  • Hobby allowance of €200 per year
