The consultant for life, non-life, health or pension insurance is responsible for creating expert concepts and detailed assignments to tailor our software to the customer’s needs, as well as providing support and advice on its deployment. They create a strategic enterprise plan and planning project schedule for the exact connection of our system to related customer systems. Part of their work is also strategic planning, system diagnostics and digital risk management, i.e. risk management in the enterprise.
Above all, they must have excellent analytical, logical and process thinking, great communication as well as organisational skills, IT affinity and insight into the insurance industry. The job requires creativity, team spirit, attention to detail and knowledge of German. These qualities are especially useful for business process automation, which is the automation of business processes to ensure IT enterprise security of our systems.
The work of a business IT consultant is dynamic and full of new and interesting challenges. Your daily activities include meeting with our customers, proposing concepts to customize our system based on the customer’s individual needs and then presenting those proposals to our clients for effective systems implementation. You will also serve as support for the deployment and customization of our software.
Depending on your knowledge and previous work experience, you can earn from €2,600 as a Consultant. But if you are a good business consultant and you can handle such areas as risk management, you certainly don’t have to worry about your salary.
